Personal information

Personal data will be collected from you when you apply online and your personal data will be used to manage your application and registration.

This is for the purpose of inclusion in the Membership list and validating your Service or ex Service connection.

We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies).

Offensive or inappropriate content

If you send offensive, inappropriate or objectionable content to the TG11 website or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour, TG11 Association may use your personal information to stop such behaviour.

Log files when you do not login to the Secure Area.

Every time our website is accessed an entry is made in the web server's log file. This tells us broadly where an access is coming from, when it was made, which file was requested and whether the request was successful or not.

It usually does not allow us to identify individual users. The data is used to assess usage levels and spot technical problems.

When you login with credentials.

The Access log file shows your User Name and IP address, the files accessed and times. Log files stay on the system for a period of two months for administration purposes before being deleted automatically.

Cookies

We do not send cookies for collecting user's browsing habits.

External links are selected and reviewed when the page is published. The inclusion of a link to an external website from tg11association.org should not be understood to be an endorsement of that website or the site's owners.

We link to sites purely on editorial merit. These links are included for useful practical information and further informed comment.
