CellControl stops HGV drivers texting and phoning

Organisations are choosing to enforce bans on the use of mobile phones by their drivers whilst using company provided vehicles

CellControl stops driver's use of Cellphone, Smartphone or Mobile. Calls to 999 and 112 are always permitted.

'Anti-Facebook' eyes launch date

The open-source project will be launched on 15 September say the developers. Diaspora describes itself as a "privacy-aware, personally-controlled" social network.

The project was started by three computer scientists and one mathematician from New York.
